Everfrost announces 'Cold Night Remedy', the first single from the band's upcoming second full-length album, Winterider!

The song tells about the sauna and the role it has played in Finnish culture for centuries, being not only a ritual of cleanliness and a place to relax from daily stress, but also in history the holy place of the house and the place babies were born and where people would spend their last days before death. Beneath the surface the song's message turned out to be a symbol for the escapism concept of the whole upcoming album.

The song was recorded over summer 2017 and mixed at Duskswitch by Benjamin Connelly in July. It was mastered at Note On studio by Turmion Kätilöt keyboardist Janne Tolsa.

The cover art for the single was made for the first time by Finnish visual artist H. Klint, featuring pixel artwork of the classic Finnish sauna scenery facing a grim storm, a foreshadowing of the album's events.
